You won’t find any nasties in these wipes - they are free from chemicals, chlorine, alcohol and all sorts of other abrasive substances. Jackson Reece have worked directly with allergy organisations and liaised with paediatricians to ensure safe formulations that are kind to all.
Although the wipes are now fully compostable, human waste is not allowed in brown bins/industrial composters for hygiene reasons, so any dirty wipes from number twos need to be put in the black bin. Wipes used to clean wee's/face/hands are ok in the brown bin.

Compost Your Wipes When You Can:
With all Jackson Reece wipes being made from wood-pulp, they make an excellent addition to your garden compost heap. Plus with all ingredients being 99% naturally derived from plant or vegetable extract, they won’t add any nasty chemicals to the mix.
However please note: the government advises human waste shouldn’t come in contact with compost heaps — so we recommend only composting wipes that have been used to clean up little faces or wet bums! Wipes decompose within 60 days, meaning that they won’t cause any harm to landfill sites - or your compost heap!
Don' Flush Your Wipes:
Even though these wipes are 100% biodegradable, they still don’t belong down the loo! When sewage systems get blocked, it causes an over-spill into our rivers, oceans and seas — damaging wildlife and ecosystems in the process.

We use the following providers to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as possible:
DPD Couriers: €4.99 for next working day delivery up to 21kgs within Ireland.
Most orders will arrive with you the following day. Sometimes deliveries may take 2 days depending on what time you place your order. 2pm is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still add your order to the collection after this time. On rare occasions orders may take more than 2 days to deliver and we will let you know what the hold up is if this is the case.
Packaging:
We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible so we reuse the boxes and packaging we receive from suppliers so don't be alarmed if your new bubble bath arrives in a baby wipes box!
Click and Collect Orders:
Your click and collect orders are usually ready to collect within minutes of placing your order. We're open for click and collect from 9:30-5 Monday to Friday and 10-4 on Saturday. (If you need urgent breastfeeding items etc outside of these hours, please get in touch with siobhan@earthmother.ie and we'll try our best to get them to you).
1. At the sliding gates entrance to 49 Grange Avenue, turn left into the parking spaces nearest the back building. Follow the pedestrian walkway behind the yellow rail. If you've a little one in the car or want to maintain more social distance, give us a ring on 01-8397637 and we'll bring your order to your car.
2. On foot, please stay left behind the yellow lines on the pedestrian walkway and don't cross the working forklift yard.
Please do not drive or walk into the working yard/forklift area.

Take a left at the first T junction
Number 49 is the last building on the right hand side (Brown building with sign for Heterochem at the front). Turn left at the gated entrance and around the corner for our parking spots.
Northern Ireland
We do ship to Northern Ireland with DPD at a cost of €4.99. We do not offer free shipping to NI.
Europe Deliveries:
Shipping to Europe costs from €7.50 and takes 2+ days depending on your location - we ship through DPD Couriers & An Post.
UK Deliveries:
Unfortunately since Brexit we cant ship to you in the UK without setting up a UK VAT number and as a small business its not an option for us, so we can’t ship anything unfortunately.
Worldwide deliveries:
We can use An Post Registered Post to ship around the world. Get in touch to discuss prices.
Returns Policy:
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You may return unworn garments like Modi Bodi Period Underwear or Boba baby wraps only in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email telling us what the item is and why you wish to return it. We will then email you instructions on how to return it to us to get your refund. Alternatively call us on +353 1 839 7637.

These wipes are great. They’re not super moist but they get the job done and don’t dry out too quickly. I like that they’re made from more sustainable materials and the price isn’t bad.

After hearing on TV that if wipes are compostable we can recycle them in food waste bin. I tried to find them in local supermarkets with no success. I searched on line and found Earthmother supplied them. I double checked with Thorntons who confirmed once compostable on packet they are recyclable. I now feel I am doing my bit for the planet.

You won't need as many of these wipes as you would with other biodegradable ones as they are generously thick and very soft. They wipe like a reusable wipe. Very pleased with them.

We are trying to cut down on plastic and on anything that doesn’t decompose in hue next few hundred years. We are also quite busy family, working full time and having two kids find it hard to move completely to cloth wipes. These wipes are really nice, and an answer to what we need. They are gentle on the skin, they are soft and biodegradable. They are not causing any skin issues, not overly wet or dry. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you
